The five boards
Every class has the same five boards:
| Board | Opens at level | Nodes | Points to fill | Gold corner nodes (4 points each) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nezekan | 12 | 89 | 134 | 2× Combat Speed 1.5%, 2× Cooldown Reduction 1.5% |
| Zikel | 20 | 89 | 134 | 2× Damage Boost 1.5%, 2× Damage Tolerance 1.5% |
| Vaizel | 30 | 89 | 134 | 2× Critical Damage Boost 1.5%, 2× Critical Damage Tolerance 1.5% |
| Triniel | 40 | 117 | 168 | 3× Multi-Hit Chance 1.5%, 3× Multi-Hit Resist 1.5% |
| Azphel (PvP) | 45 | 153 | 232 | PvP Damage Boost and PvP Damage Tolerance |
- Azphel uses its own Battle points, earned from Abyss and PvP. It holds PvP stats plus Status Effect Chance and Resist.
- The client caps Daevanion points at 840, well above the 570 the PvE boards need, which leaves room for more boards.
Node types

| Node | Cost | What it gives |
|---|---|---|
| Small stat (white) | 1 | Attack, Defense, Critical Hit, Critical Hit Resist, Max HP or Max MP |
| Passive skill (green) | 2 | +1 to a passive or stance (Assassin: Rear Smite, Assault Stance, Exploit Weakness, Apply Poison, Heightened Sixth Sense) |
| Active skill (blue) | 3 | +1 to an active skill. Each PvE board has 12, one per active skill |
| Corner (gold) | 4 | The board's special stat (table above) |
- Every PvE board has the same 12 active skills, so each active skill gets +1 per board you fill.
- You start in the centre and unlock outward: a node needs an unlocked neighbour.
- Resetting a board costs Kinah.
What to take first
- The skill nodes for your main skills, on every board you have.
- The gold corner nodes. Krix Domi: "take the good corner nodes and look for good stats to get there."
- Small stat nodes on the way, then anything left over.
Soulgrot's rule for the first weeks: get your main skills to level 12, then the passives you actually use, and leave the defensive nodes for last.
Society of Gaming (YouTube, 17 October 2026) puts the corners first instead: the damage corners only (Multi-Hit Chance on Triniel, Critical Damage Boost on Vaizel, PvP damage on Azphel), then blue skill nodes, then green passives, then the Attack Bonus +3 nodes, and the resistance corners last. Both orders end with the same board; corners first gives more combat power early, skills first more DPS.

Update 2026-10-22: the Ariel board is on Global
NCSOFT's 21 Oct patch added the Ariel board to Global. Its points, Daevanion Crystal: Ariel, come only from Krao Cave and Draupnir Hard (item level 2,600): their Ariel Fragments morph 100 to 1 crystal (Substance Morph > Special > Daevanion), up to 30 per dungeon per character, so 60 points for now. Like the other boards, every point spent is +1 item level. Below 2,600 you can't fill it.
